• 1.Structural Features: Both inner and outer rings feature tapered raceways, with truncated cone-shaped rolling elements. The inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements, and cage collectively form a complete, separable assembly.
• 2.Load-bearing capacity: Capable of simultaneously withstanding radial loads and unidirectional axial loads. Axial load capacity increases with contact angle; a larger contact angle makes it suitable for applications where axial loads constitute a higher proportion.
• 3.Applicable Conditions: Commonly used in machinery subjected to combined loads, such as automotive hubs, axles, and gearboxes, as well as machine tool spindles and mining equipment. Particularly suitable for low-to-medium speed applications involving impact or vibration.
